A group hypnosis weight loss session begins with an educational talk, followed by a discussion that helps us identify what we want and what might be holding us back from having it. We then create a group intention that invites us to support each other for an agreed upon period of time with each of us focused on this outcome of healthy life- changing weight loss.
We generate an enthusiastic energy as each individual adds their commitment to the group. The group sets the foundation in place for their success through this intention creation process.
Participants intentions are shared and added to a Hypnosis session that supports the groups desired outcome. Lights are dimmed, while the group relaxes and receives hypnotic messages that support their weight loss intentions.
