February 2018 Spokane, WA Event Description: At this event, we returned to our natural state of being with simple techniques that first quiets the mind and then frees it to begin further exploration of deeper levels of consciousness. This event was part of the Intentional Human Project small group change series. January 2018 Spokane, WA Workshop Description: Attendees participated in this series of flowing movements designed to transform the body and mind into a relaxed focused state of awareness. It is from this place that creativity is fostered and vitality expressed. This form improves flexibility and balance while strengthening us on a mental, physical and spiritual level. November 2017 Spokane, WA Workshop Description: This interactive workshop focused on helping participants make weight loss permanent by identifying current convenient, non-productive behaviors and transforming them into convenient, productive behaviors. Attendees benefited from a guided visualization and were taught a powerful technique called anchoring. When applied over time these tools ensure lasting results. |
