Join Us in this Moving MeditationTai Chi and Chi Kung are a low-impact exercises that improve physical health, balance, flexibility and strength while promoting mindfulness. The practice also involves learning various forms that allow for experiencing chi and flow states. It is more than just a martial art and is considered a way of life that explores spirituality. The practice involves learning and embodying the form. We will learn the Yang 24 form, I Chin Ching, and Tai Chi Ruler as well as Taoist Meditations.
