There are numerous programs at Intentional Hypnosis that continue what Positive Changes did for the Spokane area. Change Agents One and Two:
These programs are to help identify resistant behaviors and discover successful new behaviors to bring about the desired transformation that you seek. These are two separate programs; the former has more hours of hypnosis and is supported by Neuro-tracking processes which are guided visualization intensive. But both courses are tailored to the outcomes and developments you describe to us. Every client is different and though many techniques can apply to different situations, no one is a catch-all.
Smoking Cessation 2 Session Program
This program is designed to help you stop smoking in two sessions. They are scheduled 5-10 days apart and the first has you describe what triggers your smoking urges as well as helping to define what you want by quitting smoking. With guided visualization, breathing, and tactile anchoring techniques we empower you to ease stressful situations and to address the triggers to make the improvement you're after.
Smoking isn't just a nicotine addiction, it's a behavioral one. By ascertaining what triggers, you to smoke we can help fight those triggers and teach more positive behaviors to replace them. Hypnosis doesn't instantly trick you into your changes, it helps to explore the whys and instill the what’s to change your behavior.
These two kinds of sessions are more tailored to your desired outcome rather than a program designed for more a more pre-determined goal like to stop smoking.
Individual Hypnosis Session:
During your first session, you'll be creating an Outcome Frame that helps to specify what positive changes you're seeking and what you think is preventing you from obtaining them. Through guided visualization and other hypnosis techniques such as utilizing light and sound technology, we help you to overcome these obstacles.
Personal Coaching Session:
This session should follow an Individual Hypnosis session to further deepen the work initially done. Think of it as cementing the positive changes you're looking for. Two weeks after your initial session, you will explore new behaviors and identify areas of resistance that have come up. After discussing any new information and behaviors popping up, a free form hypnosis session or relaxation technique may follow.
These two sessions are based on the goals you've set and your desired outcome frame. After all, no habit needing change gets a cookie-cutter path to removal.
