This program begins with your Intention for Changing Your Body with a strategic plan called Your Seven/Three. These sessions are a partnership that begins with me proposing an individualized program for you after performing a thorough evaluation. You and I work collaboratively during our sessions to create new strategies that will support you in implementing a daily practice over time to maximize lasting benefit. We start the process off with a 21 day fat burning fuel mixture that is designed to take inches off while taming your hunger. Be sure to measure before you come in for your first consultation. During your Personal Hypnosis Session a digital recording will be produced that will enhance your ability to change habits and behaviors. We are also designing a membership site to insure that ongoing support is available to you on both conscious and subconscious levels to effect lasting change. |

Your areas of concern may be stress reduction, anxiety, insomnia, phobias or enhanced sports performance. You and I work collaboratively during our sessions to create new strategies that will support you in implementing a daily practice over time to maximize lasting benefit. During your Personal Hypnosis Session a digital recording will be produced that will enhance your ability through listening to change habits and behaviors. These are supported by recorded processes designed to effect lasting change through messages that are both consciously and subconsciously directed. |

Upon registration you receive a kit with instructions to follow that will guide you on a program to give yourself the gift of a smoke free life. This two session plan is designed to give you all the tools needed to live a consciously directed smoke free life. In session one we address the habits associated with the urge to smoke and teach you how to take control and make them your ally. The second session though often not needed is provided for additional conscious and subconscious support. |
