Customized Program Approach

Because it is all about supporting your intention for change the process begins when you book your first appointment and receive an Intention Activation Kit. This kit is designed to help you begin to identify what you want and what it is that is preventing you from having it. Personalized hypnosis sessions are divided into 3 categories:

Intentional Body- Weight Loss/Fitness

3 Month Activation

This program begins with your Intention for Changing Your Body with a strategic plan called Your Seven/Three. These sessions are a partnership that begins with me proposing an individualized program for you after performing a thorough evaluation. You and I work collaboratively during our sessions to create new strategies that will support you in implementing a daily practice over time to maximize lasting benefit. We start the process off with a 21 day fat burning fuel mixture that is designed to take inches off while taming your hunger. Be sure to measure before you come in for your first consultation. During your Personal Hypnosis Session a digital recording will be produced that will enhance your ability to change habits and behaviors. We are also designing a membership site to insure that ongoing support is available to you on both conscious and subconscious levels to effect lasting change.

3 Month Activation

This program begins with your Intention for Changing Your Mind with a strategic plan to assist your specific behavior change. Your areas of concern may be stress reduction, anxiety, insomnia, phobias or enhanced sports performance. You and I work collaboratively during our sessions to create new strategies that will support you in implementing a daily practice over time to maximize lasting benefit. During your Personal Hypnosis Session a digital recording will be produced that will enhance your ability through listening to change habits and behaviors. These are supported by recorded processes designed to effect lasting change through messages that are both consciously and subconsciously directed.

2 Step Activation

Upon registration you receive a kit with instructions to follow that will guide you on a program to give yourself the gift of a smoke free life. This two session plan is designed to give you all the tools needed to live a consciously directed smoke free life. In session one we address the habits associated with the urge to smoke and teach you how to take control and make them your ally. The second session though often not needed is provided for additional conscious and subconscious support.

How It Works

The process of change begins when you book your first appointment and you receive your Intention Activation Kit. This kit is designed to help you begin to identify what you want and what it is that is preventing you from having it. Please take the time to complete this as it will make your first session even more effect. You will also find instructions to put Dropbox on your phone or computer so that you will be able to listen or receive digital downloads. Please set this up before your first visit so that you can access a digital copy of your recorded session.

Personal Sessions (1.5 hour)
We use a white board during our strategy session as an intention creation platform. This powerful method will assist you in clarifying your intention and identifying areas of subconscious resistance that made lasting change difficult in the past. It also gives me valuable information to be used in the recording of a customized personal process that when listened to daily will reinforce your motivation to continue to make choices aligned with your desired outcome.  

Personal Coaching (1 hour)
These strategy sessions are designed to address the little understood process of behavior change. This is not simply educational as the information provided is always dependent upon where you are in your change process and what tools and understandings you may require to help enhance your ability to become a Change Agent. Please note that challenging and overcoming the burden of a particular behavior though important, is second to the awareness gained through the process. The process of bringing awareness to your behaviors and the resulting actions to change them, becomes a catalyst that reawakens a passion that you may not have felt in a long time. If that is what you are seeking doors will most certainly open for you. Then, at very least you will have a choice to step through and see what’s there?

​Change Agent Mission Reports
These daily and weekly reports designed as a simple checklist that will support your desired change. Currently members are using these forms to track progress and to bring awareness to their ongoing successes. The mind for most of us is hardwired to more easily recognize our faults. Faults are viewed as incorrectly held focus. Our challenge is to stop the external measurement as that is where our concept of faults originates. When we turn the focus around and look inside we will discover that we are agents of change and recognize these as opportunities for extraordinary growth. These reports are being designed into a membership site for easy access along with so many more useful resources. We will update you on progress!
