Getting started with one of our supportive 3-month programs is a great choice. Whether your focus is on an Intentional Body (Fitness, Weight Loss, Wellness) or an Intentional Mind ( Career Performance, Enhanced Motivation, Mind Mastery, Relationship Success, Stress Free Life, Sleeping Deeply, Releasing Unwanted Habits or other objectives) you will find all the tools that you need to succeed.
Initial Consultation - Creation of an Outcome Frame
This is your first session and whether you choose a recommended 3 month program or decide to enjoy the benefit of a single session for now, you will have newly discovered tools and insights that you can utilize in your daily life. This session opens a doorway to the feeling of freedom generated when you align your action with your intention. We identify what it is that is most important to you and create an Outcome Frame designed to move you past any unconscious resistance to it. This is where you will begin to experience a renewed energy of possibility. It is this creative force that is often lacking in daily routines, and when accessed will propel you into unfolding the life that you truly want. This session is 2 hours and begins your program with a digitally recorded hypnosis session in support of your Outcome Frame.
Your first appointment, a 2 hour consultation includes an intake and the creation of an Outcome Frame. This will help you to define what it is that you want and what may be blocking you from having it. (We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early for all appointments) We may do a guided visualization, self-hypnosis or teach breathing and anchoring techniques depending on the Outcome Frame that is create. We then digitally record a Hypnosis session based on the Outcome Frame that we created and make it available to download and listen to on your phone or tablet. We utilize the latest light and sound technology to assist you in the relaxation process. Your 3 additional Hypnosis sessions will be 90 minutes each and will start with you filling out some information that will help us know where you are at in the process. We will review your Outcome Frame and make any adjustments that may be needed. We will practice the techniques you were taught or introduce new resources. These sessions are also digitally recorded for your listening convenience.
We will schedule each of your 3- 60-minute Process Pledge Coaching sessions approximately two weeks after each of your Hypnosis sessions. These Coaching/Strategy sessions are a foundational piece of the change process. During these we will discover successful new behaviors while identifying any areas of resistance to the desired change. We may do a Free Form Hypnosis session or teach relaxation or anchoring techniques as needed.
These sessions are scheduled from 5-10 days apart in order to optimize the process of becoming tobacco free. You will receive an emailed starter kit that explains the program and invites you to answer some questions to help you begin the behavior change process.
Each of your appointments is 2 hours, which includes an intake and the creation of a Smoking Cessation Outcome Frame. This will help you to define what triggers your urges and what it is that you want and what may be blocking you from having it. (We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early for all appointments)
We will do a guided visualization with breathing and tactile anchoring techniques empowering the client to use these in the creation of new stress reduction routines and to address triggers. We then digitally record a Hypnosis session based on the Outcome Frame that we created. We utilize light and sound technology to assist you in the relaxation process. The session recording is then stored for you on Dropbox for you to download on your phone or other device. Program cost $350.00. ($50.00 deposit required at time of booking)
Do you accept health insurance?
In an effort to maximize the quality, directness, and availability of care I do not accept health insurance plans at this time. Some clients have used their Health Savings Accounts (HSA) to pay for sessions. I suggest contacting your plan administrator to get details.
